CEO Sabrina Li, MBA

Prior to founding Long Gain Group in 2016, she served as:
Senior banker at NASDAQ-listed commercial banks
Seasoned business advisor at PwC, a Big Four firm
CEO Sabrina Li has more than 20 years of experience in international and domestic real estate financing and construction. With broad expertise in investment and commercial banking, as well as business consulting, she has a solid track record as a trusted advisor for main-stream companies and individuals, she built bridges among Chinese-American communites for inbond and outbond invesments.
Ms. Li’s asset management experience spans working with high net worth individuals at Morgan Stanley, to developing and executing M&A strategies, advising on tax structure, audit preparation and pre-IPO planning at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She managed a $100 million lending portfolio and grew its investor base to more than 500 while a First Vice President of California-based commercial bank.
Throughout her career in financing real estate developments, she has maintained a hands-on approach to ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget.
Ms. Li earned her MBA at University of Southern California, and holds dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Communications from Purdue University.
